We went by Valentino @ Rife Range Road this evening for dinner. Kinda of a birthday celebration for wifi. The restaurant was totally empty as we were rather early. The host took the opportunity to sit down with us and explained what’s on the today’s special. Stew rabbit was on the list! He had a hard time trying to describe what’s rabbit meat like, conclusion was … you have to try it. True enough, there is really no right way to describe it. The texture of the meat looked like chicken, but it’s rather dense like beef, and the taste … different … but delicious!
